Complete and Accurate Information

Any Information you supply to us through our Website must be complete and accurate. Any incorrect, misleading or omitted information may disqualify you from appointment to a position with a General Practice or, if already appointed, may be grounds for dismissal. The same is true if you are a General Practice which supplies any inaccurate or misleading information or if you have omitted to provide important information which the GP Locum requires in order to undertake Locum services with the General Practice and may be grounds for the GP Locum in its discretion to decline the appointment without notice.

Supplying General Information

By applying for a GP Locum position or searching for a GP Locum on our Website, you agree and understand that members of our team will review all of the Information which does not personally identify you (General Information) you submit through our Website and give it due consideration. We may need to give General Information you supply to other relevant departments within our Company or other third parties that support our services and products, but we will only supply General Information to those persons or third parties for the purpose of which you have supplied General Information on our Website and we will not disclose General Information to third parties we do not know and trust.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
